Human Resources

The Human Resources Department of the Morgan Hill Unified School District provides a full range of services to the approximately 275 classified employees (represented by the Service Employees International Union Local #521), 425 certificated employees (represented by the Morgan Hill Federation of Teachers) and 50 administrative employees (represented by the Morgan Hill Educational Leaders Association). We are proud of our long history of collaboration with our employees and are dedicated to our mission statement.

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to recruit, hire and retain the very best employees who are committed to the district’s overarching goal of increasing academic achievement for all students.
