Morgan Hill, CA — The Morgan Hill Unified School District office has been in communication with the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office regarding the suspect in a San Martin sexual assault case who was arrested and taken into custody last Wednesday, January 2. The suspect was recently released from police custody and transported to San Jose. Please refer to the news release from the Office of the Sheriff for details.
